Rehabilitation Institute of Washington is an outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic providing comprehensive interdisciplinary rehabilitation for injured workers with chronic pain and traumatic brain injury. Both our Pain Management Program (SIMP) and Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program are CARF-accredited.
We are a dynamic group of medical, mental health and rehabilitation providers, and we are seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science, Master’s Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy in an CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Educational Program.
- Current Physical Therapy License issued by the state of Washington.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably with industrial injuries.
- Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 per year DOE
PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Education Program
- Current Washington State Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably with a head injury or chronic pain population
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $68,000 per year DOE
