Who We Are
Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island is a modern inpatient acute rehab facility dedicated to helping individuals recover from serious injuries and illnesses. Our specialized programs support recovery from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and more.
We focus on maximizing independence, function, and quality of life through personalized care, low nurse-to-patient ratios (5-7:1), and daily access to rehab-trained physicians. Patients receive at least 15 hours of therapy weekly, promoting quicker recoveries and fewer readmissions.

What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs
- Support a therapeutic, healing environment
Qualifications
- RN license in RI; ADN/BSN from accredited program
- BLS required; ACLS & CRRN preferred
- 6 months acute or rehab nursing experience preferred
- Behavioral health experience a plus (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
