RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques such as Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports or Aroma therapy
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their health concerns, preferences and treatment goals.
Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on selfcare practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or wellness routines.
Keep detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment plans.
Adhere strictly to licensing laws and professional standards to insure ethical practice at all times.
Promote wellness services and contribute to a positive client experience that encourages repeat visits.
SKILLS
Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current certification in good standing.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques, anatomy, physiology and contraindications.
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients' needs and explain treatment options clearly.
Ability to create a calming environment that fosters relaxation and trust.
Flexibility to accommodate client schedule needs, including evenings or weekends if required.
Demonstrated professionalism with a commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
