Overview
As a part-time Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients improve movement, function, and independence through individualized physiotherapy. You’ll assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and adapt care to each person’s goals and progress.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and update care plans and treatment plans.
- Provide patient care and rehabilitation .
- Document assessments, treatment, and progress following clinical documentation standards. There are no 3rd party payers involved.
- Communicate clearly with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals on care coordination.
- Adapt treatment to patient needs across settings and populations, including orthopedics, neurology, and geriatrics.
Experience
- Practicing experience in a physical therapy role, with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience with physical therapy documentation, and treatment plan development.
- Experience working with geriatric patients and comfortable working with psychiatric diagnoses is valuable .
Pay: $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 13.0 – 20.0 per week
