We have an immediate opening for a full-time Front Office Receptionist/Medical Assistant for our busy Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician office in Bloomington, Indiana.

Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. We offer competitive salary and benefits including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, 401K and a generous vacation package.
Duties
1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Physician
2. Room patients, take vital signs, review medications and allergies, and review of systems.
3. Greet patients at the window and check them in.
4. Answer phones
5. Scheduling Patients when necessary
6. Monitoring Physician Schedules
7. Scheduling labs and x-rays
8. Cleaning exam rooms
9. Collect co-pays and balances on account
10. Schedule appointments
11. Checking patients Out from their visit
12. Insurance entry and verification
13. Confirming appointment
15. Calling Patients with lab and x-ray results
16. All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements include:
1. Knowledge of and experience using and EMR.
2. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
