PRN Physical Therapist

RehabFirst is an outpatient physical therapy practice serving Northwest Arkansas since 1984. With locations in Bella Vista and Rogers, we are committed to providing high-quality, individualized care and helping our patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.

We are currently seeking a PRN Contract Physical Therapist to support our Bella Vista location. We are looking for a skilled, forward-thinking therapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is confident in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the application of evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide direct, one-on-one patient care
• Perform patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on each patient's condition and needs
• Apply appropriate skilled interventions and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, and rehabilitation process
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with other therapists, administrative staff, patients, and referring providers
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• Manual therapy experience preferred
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Current Arkansas Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
