You may spend one hour helping a stroke survivor safely navigate their neighborhood and the next supporting a traumatic brain injury patient in returning to meaningful daily activities.

You’ll work with individuals recovering from:
- Stroke
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
- Neurological conditions
- Other complex rehabilitation need
What You'll Do
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on real-world outcomes
- Deliver therapy in home and community settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, nursing, physicians)
- Track progress and adjust care plans based on functional goals
- Empower patients and families throughout recovery
