Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist, based in Greenwood, IN. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to assess and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' functional abilities. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing therapeutic interventions, collaborating with caregivers, documenting progress, and enabling patients to achieve independence. Therapists will play a key role in contributing to the recovery process in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Knowledge of Medicine and treatment methods relevant to acute neuroconditions
- Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Experience working with Pediatrics and understanding of age-specific therapeutic needs
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Indiana
- Commitment to providing empathetic care and achieving optimal patient outcomes
- Experience in neuro rehabilitation is a strong advantage
