What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist with Rehab Solutions, you'll evaluate and treat patients with a variety of injuries and conditions while creating individualized plans of care designed to restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and help patients return to the activities that matter to them.
You'll:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Help patients restore function, improve mobility, prevent disability, and reduce pain
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies for continued progress
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals when appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality and applicable professional standards
- Contribute to a supportive, positive, and collaborative clinic environment
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice
- A commitment to excellent patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experienced PTs and new graduates are welcome to apply
