The Role
You will be taking qualified inbound calls with decision makers at Venture Capital firms. These are sophisticated, high budget buyers who understand the value of good technology. Your job is to run a structured discovery and closing process, understand their specific deal flow challenges, present a personalized solution, and convert them into clients.
This is not cold calling. Leads are generated by two dedicated lead generation agencies running cold email and LinkedIn outreach simultaneously. You show up, run the process, and close.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking 100 qualified outbound calls per month with VC decision makers
- Running a structured 2-call sales framework: discovery on Call 1, personalized plan and close on Call 2
- Accurately identifying prospect pain points around deal flow and startup sourcing
- Presenting the AI Scouting System as a tailored solution to each client
- Following up consistently and professionally between calls
- Logging all call outcomes and pipeline activity
- Hitting monthly KPI targets and reporting performance weekly
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Based in the United States or United Kingdom
- Minimum 2 years of experience closing B2B high ticket offers ($5,000 )
- Experience selling AI, SaaS, or technology products
- Professional, well spoken, and highly representable on video calls
- Strong discovery and objection handling skills
- Comfortable selling to executive level buyers
- Coachable and open to feedback, we have a proven framework and expect you to follow it
- Loyal and long term minded, this is not a short term gig
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling to investors, fund managers, or financial professionals
- Background in venture capital or startup ecosystems
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure or automation tools
Compensation
- Commission only, performance based
- OTE: $8,000 to $15,000 per month
- $3,000 in monthly KPI bonuses available
