Rehab Resources provides comprehensive outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for children across Wisconsin. We collaborate with families, physicians, and community providers to support children in reaching their full potential. In addition to operating five pediatric outpatient clinics, we serve the Birth-to-Three population in multiple counties and offer therapy services in K-12 school settings. Rehab Resources also extends its expertise to adult outpatient rehabilitation services.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy services to meet the unique needs of individual clients. Daily responsibilities include creating and executing rehabilitation plans, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and supporting clients and their families to achieve developmental and functional goals. The role encompasses delivering high-quality care focusing on pediatric patients, while ensuring progress tracking and timely communication with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Occupational Therapy techniques and practices
- Knowledge of medicine and rehabilitation principles
- Experience in pediatric therapy, with a passion for helping children achieve their potential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families, physicians, and team members
- Appropriate licensure and certifications required to practice Occupational Therapy
- Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities effectively
- Experience in school-based therapy services or Birth-to-Three programs is a plus
