Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Educate caregivers on strategies to support carryover at home
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Current Wisconsin COTA license
- DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in pediatrics or school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A true passion for supporting children’s growth and success
