Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care practices
- Experience in providing Home Care and creating customized treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and team interactions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Kentucky
