This is a full-time hybrid role for a Physical Therapist, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans, providing physical therapy services, and ensuring quality patient care. The role also involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation solutions tailored to patient needs. Engagement in patient progress documentation and communication with families and caregivers is expected.
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Understanding and application of Medical practices and knowledge in the field of medicine
- Experience and capability in providing Home Care services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- CPR certification and ability to perform physical tasks associated with therapy
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
