As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor residents and recognize and report changes in condition
- Complete accurate nursing documentation
- Communicate resident needs and changes with the nursing team
- Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
- Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Assist with care planning and discharge planning
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity
- Current, valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing excellent resident care
