- Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years)
- ATS experience preferred

Overview:
This role works closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and engage with organizational leadership to support key initiatives.
Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across various online platforms
- Schedule and conduct initial phone screenings to identify strong candidates
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and keep roles filled efficiently
- Review and evaluate resumes for active openings to identify top talent
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, source effectiveness) to support data-driven hiring decisions
- Coordinate and perform background checks and reference verifications
- Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition
- Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related tasks as needed
