- Supervise and train office assistants, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and patient care
- Oversee the maintenance of electronic medical records and patient charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Handle escalated patient inquiries and complaints, striving for satisfactory resolution
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in a medical front office role, with supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with medical software preferred
- Flexible availability with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules
