From musculoskeletal headaches to lower back pain to heel pain syndrome, we can help our patients' pain issues and return them to regular activity. Rehab Associates has 16 physical therapy clinics throughout Central Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of patient intake teams to ensure efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Coordinate Information Technology management, vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and supply procurement
- Manage daily and monthly financial reconciliation and accounts payable functions.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and operational coverage across all functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and financial reporting.
- Experience supervising and developing staff.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare practice management software.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), MBA, or related field.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy, rehabilitation, or medical practice management.
