At Rehab 2 Perform, we’re on a mission to help people Perform For Life—and we’re looking for a Pelvic Physical Therapist who’s ready to grow, lead, and redefine what pelvic health care looks like.
This is not a traditional pelvic PT role.
You’ll work with an active, motivated population in a performance-based setting where pelvic health is fully integrated with strength, movement, and whole-body care.
If you’re a clinician who thrives in a team environment, values patient-centered care, and is committed to continuous improvement—this is your opportunity.
You’re a pelvic PT who believes:

- We Educate to Empower
- Feedback is a Gift
- Playing Offense is Better than Playing Defense
- Perfect Action > Perfect Results
- Evaluate and treat a wide range of pelvic health conditions including prenatal, postpartum, return to sport, pelvic pain, and bowel/bladder dysfunction
- Integrate orthopedic and performance-based care into pelvic health treatment
- Provide internal and external pelvic floor assessments and interventions
- Deliver hands-on care including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive strength training
- Guide patients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and return to high-level activity
- Educate patients on lifestyle, movement, breathing, and long-term pelvic health strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic and performance clinicians
- Engage with and educate the local community on pelvic health
- Pelvic health is fully integrated into a performance-based model—not siloed
- You’ll treat patients who want to lift, run, train, and stay active
- Emphasis on return to sport, strength, and longevity
- Opportunities to work with pregnant and postpartum athletes
- Strong referral network and internal collaboration across clinics
- 13-week onboarding program (clinical, logistical, and procedural)
- Pelvic-specific onboarding track alongside standard onboarding
- Learning modules via Trainual focused on R2P philosophy and pelvic integration
- Gradual ramp-up to 80% clinical utilization
- Weekly to biweekly 1:1 meetings with Site Director
- 30/60/90-day reviews with Director of Compliance
- 1-hour in-services every week:
- Director of Clinical Excellence
- DPT student presentations
- Chief Clinical Officer-led sessions
- In-house team education
- Year-long mentorship program led by Director of Clinical Excellence
- Monthly pelvic-focused and interdisciplinary case discussions
- Monthly Site Director meetings (individualized growth)
- Quarterly leadership check-ins (career path and case review)
- $1,250 annual continuing education stipend
- Internal pelvic health and dry needling training opportunities
- Board Certification reimbursement (OCS, SCS, Women’s Health)
- Quarterly hosted external courses
- 4 annual in-house CEU courses led by R2P clinicians
- 1:1 patient care (no double booking)
- 11 to 12 patients per day on average
- 92% of documentation completed during working hours
- Flexible 4 to 5 day work week
- Highly active, motivated patient population
- Competitive salary starting at $90k for pelvic PTs
- Incentive, bonus, and profit sharing opportunities
- 401k with 4% match
- Student loan support (up to $5,250 pre-tax)
- Health, dental, vision, plus monthly stipend
- PTO and paid holidays
- Parental leave
