Overview
We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Fitness Advisor who is ready to take
on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales.
Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to prospects and uphold the
ideals and standards of the company. The successful fitness advisor will constantly strive to
meet all goals and exceed members’ expectations.

and to put our members at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Reports directly to Team Director and works in tandem with fitness advisors and
- coaches to ensure studio runs smoothly.
- Responsible for achieving monthly personal revenue and membership quotas.
- Assists in all revenue generating activities.
- Run 4 out of studio lead-generating events monthly.
- Building studio culture.
- Proficiency in Mindbody to pull all necessary reports.
- Proficiency in all additional systems.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Attend all studio functions, including meetings, member socials, and events.
