REGYMEN Fitness is the premiere fitness studio, combining three of the most popular fitness formats into one studio. At REGYMEN we focus on providing our members and our team with an unforgettable experience, so we are looking for someone who has a vision to be a leader, never a follower, and to put our members at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
  • Generate sales leads
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build studio culture through sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Required to maintain certain key performance indicators daily - including but not limited to lead follow up calls, lead discovery calls and current member retention calls
  • Assists in all revenue generating activities - including but not limited to membership sales, apparel sales and supplement sales (all of which are eligible for commission earnings)
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Mindbody experience is a plus
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Pay

  • Base pay (up to $15/hour) Commission
  • Opportunities for continued growth and advancement within the role and the company

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday (Days and Nights available)

  • Weekend availability

· Business Hours of Operation: M-F 4:30am-8pm / S-S 7am-2pm

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
