The role of “Compliance Developer” will provide programming support to staff to assist with complying with all state and federal regulations, while identifying and mitigating risks related to our client’s assets. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Typical responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
- Create security and data protection settings
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Write technical documentation
- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science, Statistics or related field desired
- Experience with building databases in Access, SQL, etc.
- In-depth understanding of data management (security, performance, etc.)
- Understand and use normalization methods and design methodologies
- Experience designing stable, reliable, and scalable new SQL Server OLTP and OLAP databases as well as modifying existing databases
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited, to Java, C/C , C#, .NET, python, JavaScript, HTML
- SQL Server Management Studio experience
- Moderately complex SQL required
- Ability to understand front-end user's requirements and a customer service focused attitude is a must
- Experience with Write utilities/automation tools using , Java, Python, and more
- Experience or technical knowledge and working familiarity with relevant U.S. pipeline safety regulations, codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. (49 CFR 191, 192, 193, 194, and 195)
- Proven ability to interact with and effectively manage input from multiple stakeholders to support business targets
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
- Familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
