Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, but we are willing to train a motivated individual with strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries professionally.
- Maintain patient records and manage the clinic’s appointment system.
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical software systems.
