General Statement

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the school's athletic director to provide an optimal basketball program for Regis High School student-athletes.
- Provide leadership, organization, and coaching for our basketball program.
- Bring a positive attitude and enthusiasm to both practice and games.
- Impart knowledge and implementation of fundamental skills used in basketball.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, RAA, and school administration.
- Embrace and support Regis St. Mary's school mission, philosophy, and values.
- Be an ambassador of Regis High School to all competitors, the community, and the media.
- Work collaboratively with parents and the maintenance department to keep practice facilities in excellent condition.
- Complete all certification requirements administered by the OSAA as well as by the Archdiocese of Portland.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Regis High School Coaches Handbook, Regis St. Mary Employee Handbook, and OSAA Handbook.
