Role Description
The Salon Team Leader will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth salon functionality while supporting team members in delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, training, inventory control, customer service, and meeting salon performance goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland.
