Job Overview:
We are seeking bilingual security officers with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, visitor and tenants.
We are looking for:
- Vehicle Patrol: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
- Golf Cart Patrol: Monday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm
- Golf Cart Patrol: Friday to Tuesday from 10pm to 6am
- Gatehouse: Thursday - Friday from 7am to 3pm and Saturday - Sunday from 3pm to 11pm
Areas: Miami , 33157/ Doral, 33178/ Doral, 33171/ Hialeah, 33018
Duties
- Greeting visitors upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
- Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
- Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
- Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.
Skills
- Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- You must have a valid Class D License;
- You must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Must be able to read, write and understand Spanish
- You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
- You must be able to pass a drug screen
- You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
