As an RWMC Registered Nurse, you will:
- Develop your skills and knowledge as a new nurse under the supportive direction of nursing administration and leadership.
- Attend a nurse residency program throughout your first year of working as a RN
- Have unlimited career growth opportunities throughout the organization.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing within the last year.
- A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 90 days of hire.
- American Heart Association’s BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
