The RTC is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Engineering Traffic Manager to lead our Traffic Management Center and advance innovative traffic operations and transportation systems across the region.
This exempt, onsite leadership role will oversee complex traffic operations programs and roadway projects while guiding engineers and consultants in delivering safe, efficient, and data-driven transportation solutions. The position plays a key role in advancing RTC’s ITS and TSMO strategies, including real-time traffic operations, signal coordination, and integrated corridor management.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Six (6) years of applicable experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Professional Engineer registration required (Nevada registration within one year of hire)
• PTOE certification preferred
