Title: Student Services Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Director of Adult Education
Job Goal: To provide administrative support for adult education academic programs.
Terms of Employment: This is a full time year round position with a starting salary range of $20-$22/hr. Benefits include individual/single health and dental coverage.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in administrative support roles
- Proficient in office related technology tools
- Positive, collaborative, assiduous, creative, and passionate about education.
- CHRC
Performance Responsibilities:
- Entering data in student information systems
- Administering standardized testing
- General office support for staff and students
- Assisting with connecting students to program services
- Event planning such as graduation
- Generating reports
- Communications with parents, students, and staff
