What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker/Custodial Night Lead Position position at REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 8?
Regional School District 8 is accepting applications for a 12-month, Full Time Maintenance/Night Lead Custodian. The position is primarily on evenings (2:00 PM-11:00 PM) except for summer and school breaks when the employee will need to work 6:30 AM- 3:30 PM.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Conduct routine inspections of building and mechanical systems, and diagnose/repair
minor electric, plumbing & HVAC systems.
● Repair/replace locks, doors, windows & cabinetry.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
