Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior HR Generalist / Executive Assistant. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with foundational HR knowledge and administrative experience who is eager to grow into a full-fledged HR career. The successful candidate will support both HR operations and executive-level administrative functions, contributing to a high-performance and people-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Support payroll processing and employee data management using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Help coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and performance review cycles.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.
- Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and basic payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources.
