As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll do more than represent our company — you’ll help transform subscribers into passionate ambassadors. You’ll connect with brokerages, deliver engaging presentations, and share the value of our tools and culture in ways that make people proud to be part of RMLS®.
What you’ll do
- Build and strengthen relationships with subscribers and brokerages across the region.
- Deliver dynamic trainings and presentations (in-person and virtual).
- Help REALTORS® understand and embrace RMLSweb and new app technologies.
- Collect feedback from subscribers and translate it into actionable insights.
- Promote our 6 Keys: Accuracy, Reliability, Innovation, Courtesy, Convenience, and Appearance.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure subscriber needs are heard and met.
What you bring
Must-haves
- You’ve led group presentations, trainings, or workshops.
- You’ve helped people adopt new technology and explained it clearly.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Reliable, organized, proactive.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in real estate, MLS services, or similar industries.
- Marketing, outreach, or advocacy background.
- Public speaking, training, or teaching experience.
