What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Sales Technician position at Regional Midwest?
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00/Hour (Base Uncapped Commission)

- Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
- Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
- Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
- Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Bassett is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed
- 2 Years of residential HVAC sales and service experience
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license & clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
Qualifications

Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
