What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Injury Patient Advocate position at Regional Medical Group?
The right candidate must have previous personal injury experience.
Bilingual & fluent in Spanish is highly preferred for this position.
The Patient advocate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing patient appointments
- Building and maintaining relationships with attorneys
- Acting as a liaison between providers and attorneys
- Collecting data to adequately evaluate and manage cases
- Inputting information into company software
The Patient Advocate will have the following skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite
- Proficient in excel and google sheets
- Types at least 45 wpm
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Team player
- Self-Starter
- Basic understanding of personal injury and personal injury laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
