Property Management Company is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Baltimore City.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for overall cleanliness of assigned apartment buildings and exterior grounds.
2. Grass cutting, trimming shrubs and hedges, raking, watering
3. Snow removal
4. Follow safety procedures while performing duties
5. Other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
1. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
2. Strong attention to detail and time management
3. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States
4. Post conditional offer background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
