Position - Building Manager
Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana’s largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
To keep Center facilities, property, equipment and grounds in good condition and provide oversight of facility while occupying the assigned apartment. Observe and report any activity at the Center(s) that may be detrimental to all residents. Will be responsible to perform Wellness Checks on residents upon request as listed in Policy and Procedure documents. This position will serve as a point person in the field to the Director of Facilities for the client occupied HUD facilities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience - Basic maintenance skills demonstrated through at least 2 years’ experience in similar settings.
- This position requires rent-free occupancy at the assigned location. Utilities covered (gas, electric & water)
Job Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Shift Details: 15-20 hrs per week. The building manager will be on call for their building 24/7 with support of other building managers to cover for them when they are out of town or at an event.
