Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a small team to meet company goals and performance expectations
- Oversee daily operations, including loan processing, collections, and cash handling
- Drive sales and customer engagement through effective marketing strategies
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers on loan terms, and address inquiries or complaints
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and secure store environment
- Maintain accurate records and assist with performance reporting
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to commute to and/or relocate to Pontotoc, MS before starting work
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
- Friendly, energetic, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
