- Source top travel nurses through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
- Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, and assignment preferences
- Match candidates to assignments that align with their career goals and credentials
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements
- Build long-term relationships with travel nurses, providing support before, during, and after assignments
- Collaborate with account management to fill urgent staffing needs quickly and effectively
- Meet and exceed recruitment goals in a high-growth environment

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruiting is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency using ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Results-driven with a commitment to exceptional service
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- Base Salary: $45,000
- Commission: 4% of GP (uncapped)
