Pay: $24.25/hour
Schedule: Primarily 3:00 PM11:30 PM and 11:00 PM7:30 AM (with occasional 7:00 AM3:30 PM shifts)

What Youll Do:
- Provide continuous observation to ensure the safety and comfort of assigned patients (up to four at a time).
- Quickly recognize and report any changes in patient behavior or condition.
- Stay fully engagedphones, books, and personal distractions are not permitted during observation.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with nursing staff and the wider care team.
What Were Looking For:
- Current BLS certification (required).
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills.
- Previous milieu or behavioral health experience preferred.
- Dependable, attentive, and professional at all times.
