Regional Aircraft Focus (ATR & Embraer Platforms)
Senior aviation aftermarket sales role focused on high-volume RFQ execution, airline and MRO sales, and revenue generation across ATR and Embraer platforms.
This role exists for one reason: Turn RFQs into revenue. At scale. Without delay.

Experience within ATR and/or Embraer platforms is highly relevant, not required.
- Sell directly to airlines and MROs first — brokers and traders are secondary channels used strictly to drive inventory velocity
- Execute high-volume RFQs with speed, accuracy, and commercial discipline (Airlines, MROs, ILS / PB / AEX)
- Own the full cycle: quote → follow-up → close → collect
- Convert activity into measurable, repeatable revenue
- A polished aviation parts professional / trader
- Commercially sharp with strong pricing instincts
- Known for closing — not just quoting
- Brings relationships, access, or immediate traction
- Operates independently and produces without being managed
- No non-compete restrictions
- Run your own KPIs (quotes, conversion, revenue, margin)
- Build and manage your own pipeline and reporting
- Understand where you win, where you lose, and adjust quickly
You own your performance.
- Not a management role — this is an individual contributor (IC) position
