What you’ll do

You’ll follow a daily route using our GPS-based mobile app and provide professional dog waste removal at residential homes.

You’ll:

• Clean yards thoroughly and pay attention to detail
• Secure gates and protect each customer’s property
• Send service updates through your smartphone
• Use pet-safe sanitizer when needed
• Disinfect equipment between properties
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and snow when conditions are safe

After training, you’ll be trusted to manage your own route. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be held to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

You should be:

• 18 or older
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working alone and with a team
• Comfortable around dogs and dog waste
• Able to walk multiple yards daily and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using GPS and smartphone apps
• A licensed driver with a clean driving record
• Respectful of customers’ homes, gates, and property
• Willing to work outdoors in changing weather

No prior dog waste removal experience is required. We can teach the process. We cannot teach someone to care, show up, or take pride in their work.

Pay and advancement

• $16 to $18/hour based on experience
• 100% of your tips
• Company vehicle provided
• Paid weekly by direct deposit
• Pay review after 90 days for full-time technicians
