HUD Program Manager – Older Adults Home Modification Grant

Region IV Area Agency on Aging is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Older Adults Home Modification Grant (OAHMG), a HUD-funded program that helps low-income older adults safely age in place through home modifications.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Older Adults Home Modification Grant.
- Coordinate home modification projects with contractors, occupational therapists, case managers, and community partners.
- Collaborate with the Information & Access team to coordinate client intake, eligibility, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, grant requirements, and Region IV AAA policies.
- Maintain program records, prepare reports, and monitor program outcomes.
- Work with fiscal staff to monitor budgets, expenditures, and invoices.
- Promote the program through community partnerships and outreach activities.
What We're Looking For
- Prefer three (3) years of program management experience, preferably in aging services, housing, home modification, or grant administration. 1 year minimum required.
- Knowledge of aging-in-place principles and older adult services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
