What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Region construction Inc.?
Job Responsibilities:
- Dig a 6-inch trench from the utility box to the corner of the customer's home.
- Install orange conduit (fiber pipe) in the trench.
- Backfill the trench and restore the yard to its original condition.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
Schedule:
- Meet at the yard before 7:00 AM each morning.
- Typical workday ends around 5:00 PM.
- Some days finish earlier depending on workload.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to the yard.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, dig, and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to start as soon as 8/4/26
Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day
