What are the responsibilities and job description for the County Coordinator position at Region 8 Mental Health?
Role Description The County Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Brandon, MS, responsible for coordinating Region 8 services and activities within the assigned county. This position works hand-in-hand with the County Administrator to ensure Region 8 Rankin County provides the best possible services to Rankin County residents, and supporting the clinical team to meet and exceed their monthly direct-service goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a Mental Health related field. Preferred 3-5 years of supervisory-related experience which includes Management, Human Resources, Training & Customer Service.
- Must possess or be working toward an independent license, or Dept of Mental Health Certification.
- Ideal candidate would preferably live in the county of service.
- Must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license and use of an insured automobile to travel within the catchment area. Must pass Criminal Background Investigation.
