Employment Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience in the use of technology in the following areas: word processing, windows, creation of computer graphs & spreadsheets, experience with Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated proficiency in typing

Essential Job Duties
- Greet families entering the office and direct them according to their
- Answer
- Listen to all after hour messages from the lead secretaries voicemail every morning and directs messages accordingly.
- Takes transportation notes from
- Cover Door #1 whenever needed, lunch, restroom breaks,
- Greet and sign in parents, guests,
- Check in students coming in late and/or leaving for
- Enter attendance into
- Send all discipline forms (ISS and OSS referrals) home to
- Generate the attendance letter/report for all students that have 5 and/or 10 or more
- Run copies for the student files and send a letter home to
- Take care of all maintenance and upkeep of all copiers and printers in the
- Answer teacher calls when they are having issues/concerns and assess the
- Make copies of all passes, dean slips, doctor slips, for all offices and teachers.
- Meets all aspects of the Classified Employee
