Quality Improvement Director

An excellent opportunity to join the management team at Region 6 Behavioral Healthcare as a Quality Improvement Director. This person is responsible for developing, planning, and directing all aspects of the agency's activities related to quality improvement systems, compliance, and data management.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

• Knowledge of program and project management including development of protocols for measuring performance, outputs, outcomes, quality assurance and satisfaction measurement, and interpretation.
• Knowledge of national accreditation processes and compliance strategies.
• Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and resources including information systems, data modeling and presentation, and analysis or program evaluation.
• Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with advisory committees, task forces, providers, consumer organizations, and state agency representatives on system-wide issues and concerns.
• Knowledge of supervisory techniques to accomplish instruction, motivation, and training.
• Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles and procedures.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Administration or related field with a minimum of 5 years paid professional experience in the behavioral health field is required. Specialized training or education in Management Information Systems or like field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in human service program research with emphasis on statistical analysis and database analysis, health education, program planning, facilitation and coordination is preferred. Supervisory experience is required.

Pay: $98,000.00 - $103,000.00 per year
