Job Goal:
The Project Manager for escPrintWorks is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, high-visibility print production services for Region 4 Education Service Center and its clients. This position drives organizational efficiency, ensures missioncritical deliverables, leads crossfunctional project teams, oversees complex vendor partnerships, and manages multimilliondollar program budgets.
The Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to support educational initiatives through high-quality print solutions.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Master’s degree in a related field, preferred
Experience
- 5 years of progressive experience in program or project management, preferably in print production or a related industry
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multiphase projects with enterprise-level impact
Special Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Monday.com
- Knowledge of print production processes and quality control standards
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or similar project management certification
- Experience in an educational or service center environment
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all escPrintWorks projects and production initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
- Oversee annual and project-specific budgets, ensuring strong fiscal management and cost containment.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.
- Develop detailed project charters, KPIs, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to design and implement workflow enhancements to reduce turnaround times, improve accuracy, and streamline operations
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, cost inefficiencies, and productivity opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
