- Maintain a current school calendar of events and use of facilities
- Arrange appointments and maintain a schedule for the agriscience program to include scheduling recruiting visits and coordinating with 13 sending towns
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various computer applications (Tyler Technologies School ERP Pro, Google and Microsoft Suite, Powerschool (Learn to use theaet.com)
- Manage and operate an efficient agriscience department office with responsibilities for all functions of the Secretary to the Director of Agriscience
- Preparation of Reports, Projects, and Documents
- Manage bookkeeping systems as applicable including purchase orders, accounts payable, and student activity accounts
- Compose and distribute memos/letters and documents, as determined by the Director
- Perform usual office routines such as processing ingoing and outgoing mail, answering phone calls and other forms of communication, and welcome visitors.

- Assist in the completion of state and school reports

Create and manage agriscience specific forms
- Answering daily student needs and questions
- Filing, stocking, and copying department forms
- Keep track of all student FFA waivers and program-paperwork
- Keep up-to-date records of enrollment
- Process and organize a large amount of PO's annually
- Weekend and Student Worker Time Sheets: Keeping record of any time sheets Total hours worked x minimum wage Reports go to Payroll
- Process 100 8th grade applications, coordinate with guidance counselors dates for the director to recruit & interview students. Mail accept & wait list letters
- Create and keep an updated list at all times of agriscience student enrollment
- Review FFA meeting attendance and record in spreadsheet after cross checking with attendance sheets
