Duties
- Assist customers with financial transactions including cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management
- Process loans, including origination, documentation, and approval support
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Conduct sales activities such as upselling banking products and cross-selling services
- Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious activity
- Support loan processing tasks by verifying information and preparing necessary documentation
- Utilize financial software for data entry, account management, and reporting
- Perform basic math calculations accurately using retail math, banking math, or 10 key typing skills
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies during all operations
Skills
- Strong background in financial sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection techniques within banking environments
- Experience with loan origination, processing, and related documentation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills including retail math and 10 key typing
- Ability to perform cash handling accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with banking processes such as debits & credits, cash management, and cashiering
- Strong relationship management capabilities to foster trust with clients
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
