Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager, located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in coordinating and expediting the flow of work within or between departments based on production schedules. Daily tasks include managing logistics, inspecting project processes, and ensuring timely project delivery, procurement, reporting. The role also entails supporting project managers in planning and executing project stages.
Qualifications
- Skills in Expediting and Logistics Management
- Inspection experience to ensure quality and adherence to standards
- Previous experience as an Expeditor is beneficial
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
